A cpHulk bug of sorts or, more properly, a software error?

A bug of sorts, or more properly software error?

If cpHulk brute force notifies you of a large number of login attempts and reports the culprit as anything other than a straight ip address (ie: static-205-237-102-147.ngn.onecommunications.net).

It tells you to click on the addreess and takes you to your server to add it to ip black list and in fact tells you it has added that to the blacklist when in fact it has not.

You have to manually add that ip to the list (after you look it up if the ip is not included in the verbose address)
