So I am working for a company and they use Google Suite as a workspace to manage emails. However, we use cPanel as well for email forwarding.
I came across an error " A delivery loop was detected which causes this email to be undeliverable. " on an email that was created a long time ago on cPanel. The forwarding email worked and stopped working at some time. There are two emails configured to forward to, but only one work. I checked the forwarding email and tried to detect the problem why it keeps detecting a loop, but I can't seem to figure it out.
I have also noticed that since we are using Google Suite, creating new Cpanel email accounts' inboxes doesn't work.
How can I fix this issue? And where can I see the list of emails configured to be forwarded to? I have already checked Email Forwarders in Cpanel, and there's n email, but it simply does not forward to that email, instead it forwards to a different one.
