It's important to address this issue before addressing any other, because if your /usr/local/cpanel/scripts directory is empty, it means there are several missing files on your system. Was it manually removed, or is it possible your filesystem was corrupted?

Thank you.

Hi,

I am not sure weather it will work or not but you can try to do a forceful cPanel update. It may replace the missing cpanel core files.( I am assuming that your file system is not corrupt )

/scripts/upcp --force
