When I click " You must reboot the server to enable quotas, apply kernel updates, and apply software updates."

Then this error appears "A fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive.

and usually not like this.
This is the first time I got an error like this. Since yesterday I was successful and there are no problems whatsoever.

I hope there is a solution

That would be the issue then - something between you and them is blocking that connection. You might want to reach out to your hosting provider, as it's highly unlikely to be anything on your server itself. You could always try disabling any local firewalls you have installed temporarily to see if that works, but my guess is that it is happening upstream of your system.

A traceroute test would show where the connection drops if you run this command from your machine:
