A few (should be simple) problems after installing InstantSSL SSL cert on my server.

I have installed an InstantSSL SSL cert to my dedicated server. It seems correct except that users access the site will get this message:

This certificate cannot be verified up to a trusted certification authority.

The SSL provider said it is because the web server is not installed with the proper cert. He gave me this link:

What should I do? Which to install and how?

Make sure you follow the steps outlined here:
http://www.instantssl.com/ssl-certi...?currency=USD&region=North America&country=US and you should be fine. Also make sure you're using the correct domain and that the domain is on its own dedicated IP. If you registered the certificate for www.domain.com make sure thats the domain you enter in the box in WHM and not just domain.com or vice versa.

It kept rejecting the ComodoSecurityServicesCA.crt in Step 4 (bottom box).
