I'm not sure if this in the correct categori, but I'll try to put it here.
I would like to do 2 things.
1.
Create a little (20 px height) topbar that is expandable and floating so it stays at the top of the page when a person scrolls down. This topbar should contain advertising that I control via phpadsnew which I am using for admanagement.
2.
Have a footer text ad attached to all outgoing email sent from all email accounts on my servers. I will also control this text ad using phpadsnew.
Can someone let tell me how I can do this?
