Hi folks.
This is not a request for assistance, more like a curiosity and it's not really alarming. (yet XD)
I've seen an unusual number of issues with /tmp filling up (either disk or inodes) today across about 15+ different servers. Shared hosting, vps hosting even dedicated servers. And this is on multiple hosting companies. No anomalies. (Sure some shared servers have 'I installed wordpres and made a website... what's security?' spam occasionally that we promptly smack down but nothing unusual)
The /tmp issue is easy to solve and it stays solved but I see maybe one or two per week usually.
So I was just curious. Anyone have multiple servers fill up their tmp?
Now that I spotted a pattern the team will be checking if there's a common denominator and I'll post an update here.
