Hi,
I have weird problem that appear from time to time.
one the same server and same domain, email from [email protected] to [email protected]
can no be delivered, and user1 get bounce back message like that:
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

Code:
-----Original Message-----

From: Mail Delivery System [mailto:[email protected]]

Sent: Wednesday, 3 July 2019 14:49

To: [email protected]

Subject: Mail delivery failed: returning message to sender

This message was created automatically by mail delivery software.

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

[email protected]

deleted
=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=--=--=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=

Like i said this happens from time to time only, there is no any error code
just the return email like that,

also in Mail Delivery Reports WHM for that tranasction i can see:
Event: failure
Transport: fail
Result: deleted

any help where to look why this emails get deleted...?

In the Cpanel for the domain, (not WHM)
Do you see any email filters configured for user2, or any general filters.
