Obviously this issue has yet to be offically address.

Anyone have "ANY" clue on why we get these constantly?

    /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir/ --datadir/var/lib/mysql --usermysql --pid-file/var/lib/mysql/sector7.northwindwebhost.com.pid --skip-locking

    And how to fix it?

Where are you seeing that? The WHM "Cpu/Memory/Mysql Usage History"?

I have the same problem here, this shows on "ps aux"

    /usr/sbin/mysqld --basedir=/ --datadir=/var/lib/mysql --user=mysql --pid-file=/var/lib/mysql/srv02.consultorpc.com.pid --skip-locking
