    Hi all,
We have problems with apache on our server
We find server load high(reaching more than 10:( )
we found that apache is failing frequently & while watching the Show Current CPU Usage(Process Manager) we found that apache is using high CPU & exhausting it.
Before we received emails saying Max Connections with apache.

    Any ideas about that,
    Thx in advance.

Mate, its really hard to say without having access to your machine. It could be anything from a really busy site ( and not properly optomized apache, etc ) to a syn flood or dos attack. What you really need ASAP is a competant system admin that knows what they are doing that can sort you out.
