A quick question in regards to creating accounts

I'm new to VPS, have skimmed thru the documentation, but I can't seem to find the answer to this question no matter where I search.

Essentially the problem I'm having is that I can make accounts just fine, but when I make them there's no Apache Test page or a default index.html. Also there are no error pages.

Was this just something all of my old hosts had scripts setup for, or is there an option in WHM that I'm missing?

Next time, try skimming the forums, there is alot of useful information you can find by using the little search button at the top. ;-)
