When a new account is created there is only one A record even if you setup two nameservers with corresponding IPs. If you insert a second A record when a new account is created the second A record is not inherited. This is causing some problems with some ISPs as supposedly DNS zones need two A records - 1 for each nameserver. We have had instances where some people can access a site and others can't because of the missing second A record - has anyone else come across this?
Also if I allocate two dedicated IPs to a customer. When he creates a new account the FTP reverts to the MAIN server IP and not the dedicated IPs - is this a bug?
