a small question abour "sharing file"

I want to find one kind of tool that we can share documentations: we want to put our documentations on the internet, and all of us in our office can read/share them. I have checked the scripts in fantasico of Cpanel. But i did not find a good one. Maybe i missed it. Any suggestion about this? Many thanks in advance.

you could use any of the CMS' available, but what I would do, is make more of a intranet instead. just put all the pages you want to share in html, password protect the directory and make a menu page with the various pages listed.
