    Hello there,

I have a problem with my client. He send emails using outlook (user@domain.com) to me. But the bounce back mail is shown to him.

How can I fix this and explain to him?

    Hello,

First, try searching /var/log/exim_mainlog for messages from that email address. EX:

    Code:
    exigrep user@outlook /var/log/exim_mainlog
Do you notice any entries with specific failure notices? If not, check to see if any Outlook IP addresses are blocked in your firewall rules. A firewall management utility such as CSF is useful for this purpose if you don't already use it:

    ConfigServer Security & Firewall (csf)

    Thank you.
