About apache virtual hosts

    I want to set an apache virtual host on my domain.Once i am logged in into my account,what am i supossed to do.My research findings suggested i create an ssh key and i did exactly that(i authorized its use too).What is the next step?.

    Open your apache configuration file at /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf and do the configuration accordingly.

    How do i go to /usr/local/apache

    I have never used the cpanel before,how do i go to /usr/local/apache.what do i need to do?
