About license with Cpanel & WHM cluster

Hi,
I have 2 server on-prime, and i want config Cluster with Cpanel, so, I must paid 1 license for Cpanel Cluster or paid 2 license for 2 server on-prime.

Hi,
It depends what you mean by "cluster" If you have 2 cPanel servers and split the accounts between them, you'd need 2 licenses.
If you mean "DNS cluster", then you can use the DNSONLY cPanel version that is free.

The configuration cluster assumes that you're clustering multiple cPanel servers to retain continuity between their configurations. This would imply that you have multiple cPanel servers hence would need a cPanel & WHM License for each server within the cluster.

If you're just looking to retain backup of the configurations I'd suggest using the cpconftool instead: The cpconftool Script | cPanel & WHM Documentation
