    Hi,

WHM displays this in server status:
    Memory: 3301996k/4194304k available (2118k kernel code, 38356k reserved, 668k data, 144k init, 2423744k highmem)

Where is almost 1GB of RAM?
What should I do to make 1GB available?

    My OS - CentOS 4,3

That output doesn't mean much. Try posting the output of the following from the root shell:

    free -m

Here is the output free -m:
total used free shared buffers cached
    Mem: 3226 1121 2105 0 69 830
    -/+ buffers/cache: 221 3005
    Swap: 1983 0 1983

Server have 4GB of RAM, yet I see only 3GB.
Does anyone have any Ideas where 1 GB is?

    No,

The output from free means that you have 3226MB of RAM in the server only. You'll need to contact your server provider and have them check the server RAM as it looks like on 3GB is working or installed.
