    Hello everyone.
We have a problem with new redirect method. Many of our customers are used to use the following way of login: https://domain.name:2083/login/?user=username&password=mypass. We have bought SSL certificate for our hostname and have enabled "redirect to SSL port" and "redirect to hostname" settings in WHM. So far this was working just fine - with this URL you would be redirected to https://host.name:2083/... Suddenly customers started to complain, that they get SSL certificate error. I found, that if I try to access cpanel or webmail using their ports, it won't redirect you to appropriate hostname. We are not happy about it, customers are complaining and with 20 servers running same way of setup this has become my problem number 1. Is there _any_ way to get things back where they were?

Here is summarized version of my post:

http://domain.name:2082/ - will not redirect to https://host.name:2083/ anymore. all pages will stay unencrypted, even if WHM settings says "redirect to SSL port". It was working before.
https://domain.name:2083/ - will not redirect to https://host.name:2083/ anymore, although WHM says to "redirect to hostname". It was working before.

We do not complain about new things, we just want old things to continue to work.

    Regards,
    Anton.

If you have "redirect to SSL port" checked in Tweak settings, it should do just that, redirect :2082 to :2083. This alone makes me recommend you let one of our technical analysts take a look at this issue for you: http://tickets.cpanel.net/submit
