About transfers from another server

I want to know if the option called 'Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server' perform a entire account copy.

I mean, This option copy the databases, mail, files?

Or they are some restrictions.

not only will it copy the entrie account(s). it will redirect the DNS on the dns server to pint traffic to the new machine at the end of the process.

I move accounts from server to server all the time and helped with the ideas and progress of the account transfer by using it in production servers while it was being refined. I can tel lyou that I have used the select all feature with the multi-acct copy, hit the go button on a server with 300 accounts, came into the office the next morning without the first problem or ticket. I do this all the time.
