I have installed CentOS on my vmware, version 6.2 and using DesktopGUI on it.

After I installed cpanel using terminal and reboot my system, the login window disappeared. Cpanel not support windowx?

Which login window disappeared? cPanel login window OR main login window of your vmware VPS?

So what are you getting instead of login window of your VPS? Can you attach screen capture if you are receiving any error?

As you know, if everything is ok, should be a user name and a password text box on the screen, when I reboot the system, both of them are gone, just a window wrote CentOS 6.2 full version instead, sorry, my computer at my home, now I am here in my company.

No matter how I click the mouse or press the keyboard, nothing changed

I doubt if this is anyway related to cPanel. Your CentOS installation may be corrupted.

cPanel does not support a desktop GUI such as X windows, Gnome or KDE on the server having cPanel installed. Our installation documentation clearly indicates that a minimal installation would be used:
