Absolute file paths

    Very new user.... have installed cgi perl scripts successfully on accounts hosted by easyspace - now i am hosting my own i am having 500 error problems - yes uploades as askii, permissions set prpoerly - suspect problem with absolute file paths - i understand what absolute file path is but dont know what i need to put as an absolute filepath for my domain (used to be /www.domainname.com/directory/file.htm with easyspace - ive tried many different combinations - can anyone help??

    Thanks, Dave - I sussed it out in the small hours by installing Coranto news management which does an auto discovery of the file paths as part of the setup then tells you what they are

    Your contact much appreciated - like all new stuff Im a bit shakey and a bit timid about it at the moment - im sure itll come with time & experience
