I was wondering about the quotas, and tryed to do some silly testing. I tryed to create a mail account for one of my clients over his total space of hosting. So I did. 100MB os space, and a 101 mail quota account. I did more.. created a account with 1000MBS.. and another with 10000000MB. The system ACcepted ALL THEN!!!!
    Soh, I have 2 questions.
    1) the mail quota that the clients use, are shared with the htttp quota, or it stays out of it?
    2) howe can I limit the space of each mail account quota?

    Thank you!
    :D

The quota you set in WHM is the quota that is important mail and files share the same quota.

The client can set whatever he wants in the cpanel control panel but if the alloted diskspace is full the mail will no longer get delivered and you will see it in the mail queue unless you have set it to fail if the quota is over.
