Acart has disappear from my customer's cpanel

Hi all,

Well my customers first order came in his acart and now when he goes to the cart there is no cart to edit. Anywone knopw why this would happen?

He seems to have the cart there, order came in and all, but no cart shows up.

I read the cpanel code and saw this:
&b&Modify an existing Cart&/b&
&cpanel Cgi=&listacarts()&&
&br&&br&


Where does listcarts look for this info? Anyone know? I would love to be able to fix this :(
