accept mails from certain domains and bounce the rest

hi

one of my client who receives a lot of junk, wants his email configured in such a way that he can accept mail only from certain domains ( @zyz.com. @abc.com ) and bounce/blackhole the rest. Is there a way in Cpanel to do this.
