Accepted Emails Missing???

    Hi,

    This is my first time posting so apologies if I am posting in the wrong place. Basically, I am wondering if anyone can shed any light on this...

    A customer of mine advised me they have not received emails from a specific email address. The emails however show as Message Accepted in Email » Mail Delivery Reports.

    If I click on the Read the mail message icon in Email » Mail Delivery Reports I get this message:-

    The message with Message ID “xxxxxx-xxxxxx-xx” could not be located. The message may have been deleted from the system.

    I can view all other accepted mail thought? Why was this email never received?

    That the email is missing does not mean that it was never received.
    As the message you got states: "The message may have been deleted from the system.".
    Someone might have used webmail to delete the message, or it was fetched by POP3 and then deleted.
