Hello,

What method did you use to change the server's hostname? Can you try clearing your browser and DNS cache to see if the issue persists? We document how to clear your DNS cache at:

If the issue persists, can you check that you are using the new hostname or IP address in the browser URL field? Or, try running "/scripts/upcp" to update cPanel to see if that solves the issue.
