From my home PC when I try to access WHM or cpanel on my server I get access denied. When I try https://ip:2087 i get the ssl prompt (because of the way my ssl cert is setup) and then I click yes and get access denied. Then if I go to any domain, http://www.domain.com/cpanel i immediately get Access Denied.

Now from my PC at work I am able to access it WHM and cpanel fine.

This just started happening a week ago.

    I am running
    WHM 7.4.2 cPanel 7.4.2-S117

    Thanks

This sounds like a firewall / proxy server issue.

try from an external machine...if you have two servers or another internet connection...try connecting to cpanel/whm via lynx
