    Hi,

We would like users to access a password protected directory from a URL without the need to enter a user name and password in the dialogue.

From a link like that would look something like this; https://mydomain.com/securedirectory/?login=user1=password=passsord

    Is that possible?

    Thanks.

    Hello :)

This typically depends on the web browser you are using. You may have success using:

    Code:
However, it's possible that your web browser will restrict this.

    Thank you.

Is it possible to bypass the browser dialogue and use a login form created on a separate page?

    Example:
Custom login form > password protected directory
