Hi,
I have installed Xskin for cpanel , but the problem is when any of my customers want to log in , an error message appears to him that says

& 213.130.110.10 - &username& [29/Dec/2002:08:22:11 -0800] &GET / HTTP/1.0& 301 0 && &Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0; .NET CLR 1.0.3705)& HTTP/1.0 301 Moved Server: cpaneld/5.3 Connection: close Location: /frontend/Xskin/index.html Content-type: text/html The Document has moved here &

so they need to click on & Document has moved here & to enter the control panel..

the problem is that I want to delete this error message and make them able to enter the control panel directly without having any errors..

so anybody can help plz?

Make sure you are running the latest version of cPanel and Xskin. To do this, go to http://skins.pronic.biz/ and download version 1.4 from there. Once you have done that, login to your machine and make sure it is up to date by running:

/scripts/updatenow
/scripts/sysup
/scripts/upcp

This does not appear to be a problem related to Xskin, however the only way for you to find out would be to change the theme to something else.

Do you experience the same problem when you use the default or the iconic skins?

Make sure your DNS is correct on the machine. We had a client for our cpanelgui theme with the same problem the other day. After looking at the dig results for their domain, the entry was almost blank, they had multiple servers and the DNS needed to be fixed for this particular server.

Anyways, it's telling you the web file is no longer there or moved.
So, it can be many reasons, maybe something has changed on the disk and the files are missing, a file was deleted that the theme uses or the domain is not on your server, DNS not updated yet, etc.

Do a dig on the domain(s) in question and make sure the domain is answering to your server and the records are correct. dig yourdomain.com

Hope this helps!
