    I installed cpanel recently
I create a new account from WHM: tst.com on my node mydomain.com (10.16.1.180)

Than connect to mydomain.com:2082 and create some subdomains: one.tst.com, second.tst.com

In /etc/hosts (on my client node with broowser) i add
    10.16.1.180 tst.com

Connection (from my client node using browser )to tst.com - faile: connection refused
Connection to one.tst.com is failed too with the same reason.

I find out that service httpd is stopped on mydomain.com. When i try to start it, httpd begin forks and create about
    300 childs.
    Can Anybody explain situation ?
    Guys, please help!
