I get the following email when I try to send an email:

host xxx.xxx.xx.secureserver.net [182.50.xxx.xxx]
    SMTP error from remote mail server after end of data:
    552 5.2.0 v0mOg8SBoII7Hv0mOgQ8HZ :CPANEL: Access to this mail system has been blocked for ?? due to spam activity. Spam was seen coming from this account, and possibly other scripts running in it. For help resolving the issue, see - Removed -. Once the compromise has been cleaned, please contact customer support to remove the block.
The ip address is not mine.
and when i tried to open the website, malwarebytes says its a phishing website.

It looks like the email account is suspended and the website is hacked as per the message that its a phishing website , as I see you are a reseller owner , you need to contact your reseller hosting service provider with the issue and only they will be able to help you out since they have the full access of the server. Also I am sure that they must have informed you about all these issues.

As a reseller, you'll need to contact your reseller hosting provider to have them provide you with information about why outgoing email for the account was suspended.

Which website you mean by have been hacked ?
I tried talked to godaddy agents but they keep saying that I need to change passwords although I do that regularly and I use strong passwords.

I recommend responding back to request more information about why they suspect the email account was compromised and what specific steps you should take to restore email functionality on the account.
