I got this message from access_log:
    [06/15/2014:08:57:46 -0000] "GET /cpsess1596355569/frontend/x3/filemanager/img/icons/delete.gif HTTP/1.1" 200 0 "https://1x.1x.1x.1x:2083/cpsess1596355569/frontend/x3/filemanager/index.html?dirselect=homedir&domainselect=abcss.net&dir=%2Fhome%2Fironxxx&showhidden=1

Does this mean the account user deleting website?
I tried to delete something in file manager but access_log does not log my delete action.

    Hello,

That simply means the delete.gif button within FileManager was pressed. It's not an error message. It's a message indicating success (200) that the button was pressed. It is possible to delete files via FileManager, so yes it could mean that the website files were deleted.
