accessing a site by hostname.securednshost.com/~username

    How do i access a site by user name, via the name server?

    This doesnt work....
    http://server101.securednshost.com/~tophost/

    Do i have to do something special to set it up?

    I want to get an SSL for server101.securednshost.com

    That format is what I use and it works fine. I don't think I altered anything to get it to work that way, but I am not sure as I have customized httpd.conf.

    try https://securednshost.com/~username/

    You will not be able to use server101.securednshost.com unless you have a cert with that domain. You will also have to have server101.securednshost.com setup so that it resolves to an IP on the server. If you have a cert installed for that domain you should already have it setup.
