Accessing CMS

Hi,

This is my first post. So apologies, I think it maybe a very rookie question

Basically I've been asked by my club to update our website which hasn't been changed in years. The problem is that the we can no longer get into contact with the original web designer so dont have any idea how it works.

I've asked a family friend who has 'some' website design experience and hes told me that he can't see how to access the CMS. Is anyone able to help? or can refer me to a company / person who maybe able to overhaul our website in exchange for a small fee?

Again apologies for such an intense first post. But I'm at a point where i don't know what else to do. As I have no experience of website building at all unfortunately

You might want to contact your Hosting Provider about this. The site has been suspended.

If you can get into the cPanel for this account, and into the File Manager listed in your screenshot, navigate inside the public_html and take a screenshot of the file structure there, and post that here. Might help to identify what sort of CMS it is.
