    Try forcing an update

    Code:
    # /scripts/upcp --force

I can't tell, are you still running X3?

Can you try changing the theme to paper_lantern?

    Hello,

Could you verify which version of cPanel is installed on the system? EX:

    Code:
    cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
Also, are you using any services such as CloudFlare? If so, please review this URL:

How do I use cPanel with Cloudflare?

    Thank you.

    Thank for Everything
    My version : WHM 62.0 (build 16) and non-cluodfare
I don't understand when I replace it from the other server was success with it :).

Previously I could not login to phpMyadmin and tried /scripts/upcp --force but failed then I deleted that user and restored it then log back in successfully :( i do not understand !

    Hello,

Could you open a support ticket using the link in my signature so we can take a closer look? You can post the ticket number here so we can update this thread with the outcome.

    Thank you.
