Apologies if this has already been covered in another thread, I have looked but can't see anything.

I recently purchase a domain which uses CPanel and set up a Permanent redirect. However, now that I need to change the setting, I cannot access CPanel as it just redirects so the new site.

The address which I previous access Cpanel is example.com.com/CPanel. IS there anything I can do to stop the server redirection or do I need to contact the server provider?

Thanks

Ian

You need to contact your hosting provider as you can not change that setting. You need root access of your server to change that setting. If you have server IP then try to login your cPanel with https://SERVERIP:2083 URL

Hello,

The redirects are stored in the following file:

/home/$username/public_html/.htaccess

You could access the account via FTP in order to upload a modified .htaccess file.

Thank you.
