accessing cpanel

I have been trying to access my cpanel for a while now but to no success, I do know that my host are changing servers but my question is when signing in I get a prompt to put in my username and password, and eackh time it doesnot recognise it, now is this Microsoft or is it to do with the cpanel? I have questioned this with my host and they just keep saying that I'm putting in the wrong password, this is not the case. I have also tried to get information from microsoft but that didn't work either.

I'm not exactly sure why you are contacting microsoft about the problem. I would contact your host and ask them to re-send your welcome e-mail and / or reset your password.

Maybe even call them and ask them if they can give you your username and or password.
