I need to write a perl script that can change passwords for existing FTP accounts created in cPanel. Does anyone have any ideas on how to approach this? It would be nice to be able to create and delete FTP accounts from this perl script as well, but not absolutely necessary for what I'm trying to do. The reason for the need to do this dynamically instead of within cPanel is for on-the-fly creation of FTP access for end-users who meet certain qualifications. I thought about doing this via an HTML multi-part form which would be a lot simpler approach but the uploaded files are going to be really, really huge and I'm worried about browser timeouts.
    Regards,
    ~Roger

use sockets to connect to cpanel and make the acct using the ftp create account url, or if you want you could study the cpanel API.
