    Hi jerie,

Some customers cannot connect on port 2082 because of firewall restrictions, this is especially common on corporate and college networks.

Probably this link might help http://forums.cpanel.net/showthread.php?t=19398&highlight=corporate+firewall

    Try accessing by http://www.yourdomain.com/webmail

You should then receive an authentication box. Unless, for some reason, your host has accidentally disabled port 2095;)
