All clients on our server are not able to access and read their POP3 email accounts. It keeps timing out after they click the "read mail" button and they get a "Page cannot be displayed' error.

I cannot seem to track the cause for this, but it has been happening for the last week now.

    More investigation reveals the following.

Client logs into CPanel. Clicks on E Mail Accounts.
This displays something like the following.
dummy@zazoos.com ----> dummy+zazoos.com (Delete Button) (Read Webmail Button)

Client Selects (Read Webmail Button) This causes a new window to open with the following URL http://69.93.76.34:2095/dummy+zazoos.com/

This causes the following error. The page cannot be displayed.

I have tried this using two different CPanel Themes. Does the same thing happen to you?

The path is correct. Something is preventing it from working as it should. Could be permissions. In WHM under the Mail section, try the "Rebuild/Fix Mail Dbs/Boxes" link.
