    Hello,
    I have a server with mod_security disabled
and i still cannot access the websites through the ip/~username .
Which more features can disable that?

    Thanks!

    Hi,

Please check if you have mod_userdir setting enabled for the user to have this function working..
Apache mod_userdir Tweak - Version 68 Documentation - cPanel Documentation

Additionally, you can also do the same thing using hosts file of your machine to actually point your domain to the IP you want and then test the things on your machine. This will make sure that the domain goes to the IP you have added in the hosts file of your machine..

    hello,
my mod_security is disabled because i have mod_ruid2 in use.
is there any way to allow accessing through ip/~username while mod_ruid2 is enabled?

    Hello,

If you enable Apache's mod_ruid2 module, then the mod_userdir module will not function correctly. This is documented at:

Apache Module: ModRuid2 - Easy Apache - cPanel Documentation

You'll need to use an alternate method to temporarily view a website before it propagates. I recommend modifying the hosts file on the computer needing to access the website:

How to Modify your hosts File - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation

    Thank you.
