Is it possible to get the following information?

1 - IP address of forwarder created

3 - Was it created with email account or by using cPanel account

Your response will be really appreciated.

    Try this:

    Code:
grep doaddfwd /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log | grep username
replace username with the cPanel username
