Account copy error: Unable to copy home directory

    Please I need a way out of this problem please ...

    "(XID 4zrdep) Streaming failed: The system failed to execute the operation on the remote server “199.231.xx.xxx” because of an error: HTTP Status 403 - Forbidden Access denied /usr/bin/gtar: This does not look like a tar archive /usr/bin/gtar: Exiting with failure status due to previous errors : The “/usr/local/cpanel/bin/whm_xfer_download-ssl” command (process 20478) reported error number 1 when it ended."

    Hi,

    It appears to be an issue with the account packaging done. Can you check if you are able to manually do the packaging of the account using the below command:
    # /scripts/pkgacct <username>

    Check if that has any error..

    Hello,

    Are you using "WHM >> Transfer Tool" or "WHM >> Copy an Account From Another Server With an Account Password"? Also, which versions of cPanel are installed on each server?
