Account copy failed, can't attempts again

Hi,

I have been copying accounts to my new server using 'Copy multiple accounts/packages from another server'

During the process of one account i accidentally went back to the previous page which canceled the transfer, it was about 80% done.

Anyway i tried again it said the account existed already so i deleted it by going to 'terminate account' . it still said it so i went in and manually deleted the /home/username folder and also deleted the DNS zones.

However it is still saying the account already exists when i try to transfer it and is using up 18541.36 MB of space, where is this data stored so i can remove it and hopefully be able to start the transfer again. thanks

Hello

Before attempting to transfer the account again, simply try creating the account on the destination server. This uses the same process as the transfer account feature, so it saves you from attempting to transfer before knowing it will create successfully. Check the error message during account creation and post it here.
