account copy option failed to restore mysql

    hi , yesterday i tried to move a client from one of my server to other using root password , but strange thing it doesn't copy mysql DB , tried twice and failed , i made manual import using phpmyadmin , is this bug or my mistake ?


    some details :-


    both servers are centos 64bit ( one is 5.3 and one 5.4)
    both have same version oh whm - 11.25.0 -c40255

    If there is persistent difficulty ensuring a successful transfer via WHM please submit a ticket so that we can thoroughly investigate and troubleshoot the issue. There are a multitude of factors involved when transferring and to accurately diagnose it will require in-depth inspection to determine where the issue may stem from.
