I just tried creating a new hosting account using WHM 10.8.0 cPanel 10.9.0, and I keep getting

Sorry, a DNS entry for [domain name] already exists, please delete it first (from all servers in the dns cluster)

But I know that the domain name is not on the server. Just to be sure I tried creating a couple of other accounts, and I got the same message each time. I did not have a problem creating accounts on Friday, and I have no idea what might have changed on the server over the weekend to prompt this response.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, J.

Try running /scripts/updateuserdomains

It should report any conflicts or errors

Ok, I did that, but it didn't return any sort of a response.

And when I go to Delete a DNS Zone, I don't see the list of domains on the server. Instead I get this error:

/var/cpanel/CPDNSLib.dat

Which is really odd. Any thoughts?
