Account Creation Errors in WHM

    when creating a new account

    If nameservers is not properly configured error will come :)

    hi,
    no this should not be a nameservers issue in most cases, you may have some permission or other problem with few of files on the server, running upcp from ssh might help you.

    also try searching through forums, such issues have been dealt here in past.

    Whenever you see [a fatal error or timeout occurred while processing this directive] you need to check the cPanel error log in /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log for more detail as to what failed.

    Tried /scripts/upcp

    it dd some updates, but still have the same errors,

    error_log has LOTS of things in it....

    use tail -f or tail -50

    hi,
    error log may have lots of things, you can dig last few entries or keep a SSH window open with

    and try creating the account it will show you the most recent error.

    We're seeing the same problem on one server, when creating account and modifyig accounts of packages.

    Have forced upgrade latest edge version, Log file shows ...
