    Hi,

When editing reseller privileges & nameservers under WHM, we can setup the Account Creation Limits by checking "Limit the total number of accounts alpha can create to ?? accounts."

My question is that the "accounts" here is referring to WHM account or cPanel account? Thanks for your help in advance!!

The accounts refer to the cPanel accounts that this user can create. Resellers cannot create other resellers or WHM accounts unless those resellers have Super Privs or higher set. If they did have root or super privs, they would not be limited at that point regardless, since they could modify their own settings in Reseller Center to remove any such limits. As such, these refer to cPanel user account creation limits rather than WHM user account creation limits.
