Account creation location

When I create an account and DNS propagates it usually goes to showing the folder guts. I asked my host provider and he inputted an index.php somewhere so it'd show / echo off the url they typed in.

Where is the location of this index.php page where it shows for all websites?

I am looking for /home/folder/folder/something

not /public_html :-D
