Account Creation - Priority Low; still getting emails

Greetings everyone.

In "contact manager", I have the priority set to "Low" on "Account Creation." The issue I have is I still receive notifications to my email, even though I have set my email to notify me on "Medium" server instances only.

Any thoughts? Thanks in advance. :)
